Anticipating Nightclan's attack.

Goldstar was sleeping in her den very noisily. Every few seconds she was kicking the moss with her paws- like she was fending off an invader. As Silverlight- a gray tabby she-cat with a golden tail padded in she awoke instantly. It wasn't overly hard to smell her coming, because she was her older littermate. They had been on many quests together, mostly after they had left their twoleg's den. She got up and streached, letting in the GreenLeaf sunshine. Her eyes gleamed with anticapation as she thought of the battle that was about to come. That would wipe out Nightclan once and for all. Her other littermate, Darkstar, was the leader of this rowdy clan.
She got up and trotted out of her den, she leapt up on a huge rock with ivy surrounding it, like her claws would around Darkstar. Her paws griped the blazing surface eagerly. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey join together for a clan meeting!" The words sounded clean and quick, unlike the battle she would lead her clanmates into. She sighed and gazed at the clanmates surrounding her. Their eyes glimmered with excitement- but some senior warriors were excluded from the group of happy campers.They- however have faced Darkstar and were lucky that Silverlight was a very skilled medicine cat. They were well aware of why Goldstar was uneasy. THe young warriors didn't seem to know, because they were very excited to bash Darkstar in the head. They will learn. Goldstar thought as she scanned the apprentices. They were very anxious. For the majority of them this was going to be their first battle. And- maybe their last.
As she saw her clanmate's impatient faces, she began to speak."As you all know, we will be fighting Nightclan today" she started off with. "You all need to know that Nightclan is a very serious threat" she paused and let it sink in"And it is a honor to battle them". "This will not be easy, but there is one thing I know it will be. A victory." She scraped up the bit of confidence she had. "This clan must not -and will not lose this important battle." Sharpen your claws, Goldstar. This will be amazing.
